Delivery Destinations
SBD Apparel UAE delivers exclusively to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available.

Delivery Method and Timeframes
All orders are fulfilled via Quipup using a next-day delivery service. The delivery timeframe is one business day from the date of dispatch.

Order Processing
Orders submitted before 22:00 GST on a business day are processed on the same day. Orders submitted after this time, or on weekends and official UAE public holidays, are processed on the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday.

Delivery Fees
The standard delivery fee is 22.50 AED. Orders with a total value exceeding 400.00 AED are exempt from the delivery fee.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is issued to the customer upon handover of the parcel to Quipup.

Delivery Discrepancies
Any issues concerning delivery should be reported to SBD Apparel UAE. SBD Apparel UAE coordinates the resolution of these issues directly with the carrier.
