We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to inspection once received. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Product issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to reject claims where the issue appears to result from wear, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or damage occurring after delivery.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for socks, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not reserve replacement items until the returned item has been received and accepted.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit within 10 business days.

Refunds to the original payment method are only available where the item is confirmed to be defective, faulty, or incorrect after inspection. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
